Residents who wish to speak with Congressman Steve Stivers (R) or members of his staff now have an easier way to contact him because he has opened an office in downtown Lancaster.
Besides Lancaster, Stivers also has opened an office in Wilmington, in addition to his office in Hilliard.
“I am honored to serve the citizens of Ohio’s 15th Congressional District and will work hard every day to make you proud,” Stivers wrote in a press release. “It is important to me that my staff and I are easily accessible so we can effectively provide constituents with the best service possible, which is why I am glad to be opening Lancaster and Wilmington office locations in addition to the Hilliard office location.”

LOGAN — Residents who wish to speak with Congressman Steve Stivers (R) or members of his staff now have an easier way to contact him because he has opened an office in downtown Lancaster.
Stiver’s Lancaster office is located at 123 S. Broad Street, Suite 235. The office is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Emily Schmidlauer, on behalf of Stivers and his office, told the Hocking County Commissioners on Tuesday to send people their way if they have concerns they’d like addressed.
“If there is anything I can do, please let me know… We look forward to working with you and we’re excited to represent Hocking County,” Schmidlauer said. “Please give me a call or [Stivers] a call if there’s anything you would like our attention on.”
Stivers also announced that he has outlined his priorities for the current congressional session.
“I have been listening and understand the concerns and challenges facing Ohio’s 15th Congressional District,” Stivers said in the written statement. “My priorities in the 113th Congress include supporting policies that create and promote job creation, cutting run-away-federal spending, and working to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment that will force the federal government to start living within its means.”
Sen. Rob Portman (R)
Senator Rob Portman (R) will have a representative in Logan on Feb. 12 for any Hocking County resident who wishes to ask a question.
Portman staff member Todd Shelton will hold an open forum from noon to 1 p.m. in the Hocking County Commissioners Office, located inside the courthouse.
