Rep. Steve Stivers (R-OH), today released the following statement on the Obama Administration’s announcement to impose new cuts to Medicare Advantage:
“The Administration’s announcement to inflict cuts to Medicare Advantage only further reinforces the President’s broken promise, ‘if you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it,’” said Rep. Steve Stivers. “Millions of seniors in Ohio rely on Medicare Advantage for their health care needs. Unfortunately, the Administration believes they are strengthening Obamacare by cutting it. But they are flat out wrong. They are not strengthening Obamacare, they are only hurting the seniors who rely on this popular program. Moving forward I will work to fix this issue.”
