Constituent Casework: A Top Priority
“The less government we have the better.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
I have to agree with Emerson — usually, the less that government is involved in the lives of the American people, the better. However, there are a number of ways government can help, and I want to take a moment to reach out and let you how my office can assist you.

One of my most important priorities as a U.S. Representative is helping people with federal problems. I realize that constituents may be frustrated with the bureaucracy of the federal government by the time they call me, and often I can intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape.
My office can assist with a number of federal issues, including: Medicare benefits, Internal Revenue Service questions, veterans benefits, passport issues, immigration issues, and Social Security benefits.
These are just a few examples of the many services my office provides. If you are ever having an issue with a federal agency, please don’t hesitate to contact my Central Ohio District Office at: (614) 771-4968. We are here to serve you.
